Common questions
- Where is my progress saved?
- On your device only. There are no accounts yet, so progress can't move to a new phone, and deleting the game deletes your progress. Updating the game keeps it.
- I bought Shards and deleted the game.
- Shards are used up when you spend them, so the stores can't restore them, and unspent Shards are lost with the game. Contact us with your receipt and we'll help.
- There's no sound.
- Check the volume and, on iPhone, the ring/silent switch. Music and sound can be turned on and off in Settings (the gear on the home screen).
- What are the summon odds?
- Legendary 3%, Epic 22%, Rare 75%. Ten summons always include an Epic or better, and a Legendary is guaranteed by your 60th summon. The odds are always under Rates on the summon screen.
- The game has dark bars at the sides.
- The game keeps its shape on every phone, so screens of other shapes show thin bars.
- How do I start over?
- Settings › Start over (it asks twice). This can't be undone.
- Can I play in a browser?
- No. Glassbinder is played in its iPhone and Android apps.
