Delete your account or data
The game makes an account for you the first time it opens (no name, email or password). You can delete all of it, or only some of your data and keep playing.
Delete your account and all its data
- Open Glassbinder and tap the gear on the home screen to open Settings.
- In Account, tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account and everything tied to it are deleted from our servers and your phone at once, and can't be recovered. The game starts fresh on that phone.
Delete some of your data and keep your account
- Your progress: Settings › Start over (it asks twice) erases your save on your phone and in the cloud, including your heroes, currencies and anything bought with them, and begins again on the same account.
- Your alliance: in the alliance, Leave removes your membership and your place in its raid.
- Usage data: Settings › Usage data off stops it. What was already sent carries a random ID made by your copy of the game, not your account, so it can't be found or deleted by account.
- Anything else (your Arena or Duel record, your name as others see it, reports you sent): email us, below.
Can't open the game?
Email info@innoversehub.com with the subject "Delete my Glassbinder account" (or "Delete my Glassbinder data", saying what to delete). Include your player ID (under your name in Profile) if you can, or your in-game name and the Apple or Google account you linked, so we can find it. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your account: its ID, and the link to Apple or Google with the name and email they shared.
- Your cloud save: progress, heroes, currencies, settings and the players you blocked.
- Your Arena and Live Duel records (ratings, defense team, matches) and your alliance membership, requests and check-ins.
- Reports you sent or that name you no longer point to your account.
What is kept
- Purchase records: what was bought, when and its price, kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Apple and Google keep their receipts under their own policies.
- Alliance chat lines you posted stay in that alliance's feed under the name you had (ask us to remove them).
- Anonymous usage data: tied to a random ID, never your account (see above).
- Service logs: our hosting providers keep standard technical logs for security for a short time, no more than 90 days, then delete them.
